Basement Jaxx with Dutch orchestra Metropole Orkest make an album

British dance nutters Basement Jaxx with Dutch orchestra Metropole Orkest make an album.

Pitchfork has brought to our attention that those two groups live in Eindhoven and keep in touch hit the studio and the studio will release an album of tunes.

A 60-
piece orchestra and a choir, a 20-person group from the Jaxx's Felix Buxton as a catalog of tunes, songs performed.

They also drafted in a couple of guest singers – Lisa Kekaula from the Bellrays, and Sharlene Hector (who has also sung with Gorillaz).

The 15-track album Basement Jaxx Vs. Metropole Orkest, will be released July 11 on their Atlantic Jaxx label.

They will also be performing together on July 14 and 15 living in the Barbican in London.
